During the course of Lori's interview I felt like we were already working together to strategize and be a team in getting the property ready for sale and then listing it. Since I live a couple of hours away from the property I needed someone I could count on to contact vendors to manage the cleanup and then the maintenance of the property. The house on the property had been owned by a hoarder. The house and property were full of belongings and trash. The house was in terrible condition with holes in the roof etc. We needed advice from Lori as to how to proceed what to clean-up and what to leave "as is". She helped us locate a vendor that cleaned up the house and the entire property at a reasonable cost. She helped oversee the clean-up and ongoing maintenance issues. She negotiated with the clean-up vendor and maintenance vendor. All of this while navigating the additional challenges of the Pandemic. And in the end she secured a sales price for the property that under the circumstances was a great relief to me and to the heirs of the estate. We were fortunate to have Lori on our side. It was a blessing to me to have someone on-site that represented me in a way that I could trust. She has a way of instilling confidence that the situation will work out no matter how dire it looked to me at the time. I want to thank her again this time in writing for all she did to help me manage this difficult situation and help give me peace of mind during the course of the listing and sales transaction.
